Travis Leonardi, RPh, CP

Chief Executive Officer

Company founder and CEO Travis Leonardi, RPh, CP, has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. A serial entrepreneur and pharmacist, he has founded several companies, all within the healthcare industry. His clinical expertise, combined with his business and leadership experience, has made him acutely aware of what it takes to gather critical information from difficult environments. He is a graduate of St. John’s Pharmacy School in New York.

William D. Kirsh, DO, MPH

Chief Medical Information Officer

As CMIO, Dr. Kirsh is actively involved in the development, construction and deployment of all Agilum’s applications. He is a published author and clinically certified in family practice, geriatrics, hospice and palliative medicine. In addition, he founded eAppeals, LLC, a technology company that simplified the handling of insurance claims appeals, and holds a patent for a unique electronic insurance appeal process. He was residency trained at The Johns Hopkins University and actively practices acute care medicine at various southeastern Florida hospitals.

Dr. Kirsh has served as Special Assistant to the Governor of the State of Florida, Health Aide to US Senator Bob Graham, CEO and CMO for Foundation Health Plan of Florida, and Vice President of Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance at Physician Corporation of America, Inc. Additionally, he is a founding member and Executive Vice President of International Health Initiatives, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on using technology to bring health care to the underserved.

William T. Sander, PharmD

Chief Revenue Officer

William Sander, Chief Revenue Officer, is an accomplished leader and PharmD with more than 25 years in the healthcare industry. He began his career as a director of pharmacy and quickly progressed, gaining experience in diverse roles such as director of radiology, corporate director of pharmacy and vice president of a pharmacy outsourcing company. He then transitioned his career to sales, where he has held various leadership positions. William has been highly engaged with political advocacy efforts to protect the 340B program and frequently visits Washington DC to educate stakeholders. In his current role, he is responsible for managing customer relationships in addition to market expansion. William earned his PharmD from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Dawn DeAngelo, BS, PharmD

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Before becoming Chief Pharmacy Officer, Dawn DeAngelo held sales and client services leadership positions after spending more than 18 years in clinical and operational roles in hospital pharmacy. At Cardinal Health, she managed multiple hospital pharmacies and consulted for large health care institutions across the country. Now, she collaborates on  product development, drawing from the insight learned from our customers and from her own pharmacy operations experience. She also supports client projects and internal operations involving pharmacy financial and clinical analytics, pharmacy operations, and optimization of 340B. Dawn earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Lidia Rodriguez-Hupp

Senior Vice President

Lidia Rodriguez-Hupp brings to Agilum more than 25 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines. After spending six years in various staff positions within the US House of Representatives, Lidia moved into healthcare technology leadership, with an emphasis on pharmacy procurement, implementation, account management and government affairs. In addition to her current role as Senior Vice President, Lidia  serves as an Advisory Board Committee Member for IPMI’s Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute, where she is instrumental in helping to shape program content.

Brian Wedderspoon

Vice President, Analytics Services

Brian holds an MBA from Georgetown University with concentrations in finance and corporate strategy, and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin in finance and political science, and brings over 13 years of healthcare experience to Agilum. He started his career as a consultant for Huron Healthcare, where he worked with health systems nationwide on large-scale business transformation projects, then furthered his consulting career with Deloitte, assisting public sector healthcare clients in developing and executing strategic plans.

As Vice President of Analytics Services, Brian leads the Agilum Healthcare Intelligence team, which partners with customers to ensure they get the most from their data, leveraging Agilum’s broad analytics capabilities to identify actionable opportunities and uncover critical insights.

Ryan W. Foster, PharmD, MBA

Solution Product Executive

Ryan Foster, PharmD, MBA, is a seasoned leader with 15 years of clinical and operational pharmacy leadership. Before joining the Agilum team, Ryan led Delivery System Pharmacy Services at Spectrum Health, where he was responsible for overall pharmacy strategy, managing pharmacy operations across multiple hospitals and ambulatory practices. In his current role as a Solution Product Executive, Ryan is responsible for the sales process, drawing on his pharmacy leadership experience to help clients optimize use of Agilum solutions and maximize value from data insights. Ryan earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan and his Master in Business Administration degree from Grand Valley State University.

Wyley McCoy, PharmD, MBA

Solution Product Executive

Wyley McCoy, PharmD, MBA, most recently served as System Director of Pharmacy Services at CHRISTUS Health, a Catholic, not-for-profit, international system made up of more than 600 centers. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy Practice at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Adjoint Clinical Faculty with The Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Tyler, and a member of American College of Clinical Pharmacists, American Society of Health-system Pharmacists, Texas Society of Health-system Pharmacists and Metroplex Society of Health-system Pharmacists.

Wyley holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Florida College of Pharmacy, and a Master of Business Administration, with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, from The Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
