Before becoming Chief Pharmacy Officer, Dawn DeAngelo held sales and client services leadership positions after spending more than 18 years in clinical and operational roles in hospital pharmacy. At Cardinal Health, she managed multiple hospital pharmacies and consulted for large health care institutions across the country. Now, she collaborates on product development, drawing from the insight learned from our customers and from her own pharmacy operations experience. She also supports client projects and internal operations involving pharmacy financial and clinical analytics, pharmacy operations, and optimization of 340B. Dawn earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Lidia Rodriguez-Hupp brings to Agilum more than 23 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines. After spending six years in various staff positions within the US House of Representatives, Lidia moved into healthcare technology leadership, with an emphasis on pharmacy procurement, implementation, account management and government affairs. In addition to her current role as Chief Customer Officer, Lidia serves as an Advisory Board Committee Member for IPMI’s Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute, where she is instrumental in helping to shape program content.
Wyley McCoy, PharmD, MBA, oversees Craneware’s Medication and Supply Portfolio, which includes 340B and pharmacy financial and analytic solutions that enable the highest-quality patient care through access to real-time, relevant and rich data. He joined Craneware after more than 25 years working in a variety of pharmacy roles, most recently as the leader of pharmacy services for a nonprofit, international health system.
Wyley currently serves as a Clinical Professor at Long Island University Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and as Co-Chair of the Agilum Fellowship in Health Analytics and AI at LIU Pharmacy. He served as a Post-Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency Director and Preceptor, as well as a Preceptor, for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and The Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Tyler. Wyley is a member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacists, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Metroplex Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Wyley holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy, a Pharm.D. from The University of Florida College of Pharmacy, and an M.B.A. with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from The Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
William Sander, Vice President, Pharmacy Solutions & Sales, is an accomplished leader and PharmD with more than 25 years in the healthcare industry. He began his career as a director of pharmacy and quickly progressed, gaining experience in diverse roles such as director of radiology, corporate director of pharmacy and vice president of a pharmacy outsourcing company. He then transitioned his career to sales, where he has held various leadership positions. William has been highly engaged with political advocacy efforts to protect the 340B program and frequently visits Washington DC to educate stakeholders. In his current role, he is responsible for managing customer relationships in addition to market expansion. William earned his PharmD from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
Kim Jacques, Chief Information Officer, has spent more than 35 years in the IT field. Prior to her role at agilum, Kim served in roles such as chief information officer and IT director for national companies both large and small. Her experience has included global implementation of BPM, CRM, BI and DW solutions, data center scaling, and merger and acquisition support. Throughout her career, Kim has ensured regulatory compliance and delivered customer-focused IT services through innovative technology integration and successful leadership of diverse global and virtual teams. Kim has been published in technology magazines Sync and In$urance CIO Outlook and speaks regularly at educational institutions to inspire women to pursue IT careers. Kim is responsible for Agilum’s entire data infrastructure, technical client support, and overseeing and executing innovative IT improvements. She holds an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Virginia and earned her MBA from Boston University.
A member of the Florida Bar since 1997, Adriana Kovalovska manages legal, regulatory and compliance activities as Agilum’s General Counsel. Previously, as General Counsel, VP of Legal Affairs and Secretary at a NASDAQ-traded software development company, she helped bring the company into compliance with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and NASDAQ. Adriana is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Law Center where she served as a professorial research assistant in international law. She also completed an internship with the SEC. Adriana has been published in the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Ron Linares, Chief Financial Officer, has served as a senior financial manager for over 25 years in various privately-held, publicly-traded and private equity-owned firms, with a focus primarily in the areas of software and life sciences. Ron is skilled in strategic planning, management consulting, financial analysis and reporting, mergers and acquisitions and project management. In his current role at Agilum, he is responsible for the accounting, finance, financial analysis and human resources teams. Ron received his B.S from the University of Florida, his Master’s in public accountancy from Barry University and his Doctor of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
As CMIO, Dr. Kirsh is actively involved in the development, construction and deployment of all Agilum’s applications. He is a published author and clinically certified in family practice, geriatrics, hospice and palliative medicine. In addition, he founded eAppeals, LLC, a technology company that simplified the handling of insurance claims appeals, and holds a patent for a unique electronic insurance appeal process. He was residency trained at The Johns Hopkins University and actively practices acute care medicine at various southeastern Florida hospitals.
Dr. Kirsh has served as Special Assistant to the Governor of the State of Florida, Health Aide to US Senator Bob Graham, CEO and CMO for Foundation Health Plan of Florida, and Vice President of Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance at Physician Corporation of America, Inc. Additionally, he is a founding member and Executive Vice President of International Health Initiatives, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on using technology to bring health care to the underserved.
Company founder and CEO Travis Leonardi, RPh, CP, has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. A serial entrepreneur and pharmacist, he has founded several companies, all within the healthcare industry. His clinical expertise, combined with his business and leadership experience, has made him acutely aware of what it takes to gather critical information from difficult environments. He is a graduate of St. John’s Pharmacy School in New York.
Samuel Johnson joined Agilum in 2021 with a wealth of experience in both clinical pharmacy and professional development settings. He oversees the overall strategy, leadership, growth and execution of Agilum’s clinical services, including recruiting and developing a team of clinical directors to provide services to clients.
Before joining Agilum, Johnson served as the Associate Executive Director for the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) in Washington, D.C. and, before that, as Director of Health Policy and Interprofessional Affairs for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He also served on the Colorado Pharmacists Society Board of Directors, including being the organization’s president-elect in 2015, and in 2012 he was the inaugural National Academy of Medicine Anniversary Fellow in Pharmacy, where he contributed to the Consensus Committee’s work on Core Metrics for Better Health at Lower Cost and the Roundtable on Translating Genomic-based Research for Health.
Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Truman State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy. He also completed a specialty residency in cardiology with the Kaiser Permanente Colorado Region in Denver, and he holds BPS Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy and previously held BPS Added Qualifications in Cardiology.
Brian Shivler brings a background in healthcare, technology, consumer goods, entrepreneurship and nonprofit advocacy to his role helping bring Agilum’s software platforms to market and serving as a critical liaison to the evolving needs of client partners.
A graduate of Penn State University, Shivler began his career working in the sales and sales leadership divisions of Procter & Gamble and Bausch and Lomb. In 1993, he formed Sales Management Systems, a benchmark consulting organization that launched the Human Motion Institute Corp., an international orthopedic service line consulting firm where he served as managing partner and president for eight years, including when it was acquired by Zimmer International. He later moved on to become director of ministries at Orchard Hill Church in Pittsburgh and launch the Resolution Hope Project, a media-driven nonprofit focused on providing relief to children who were victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
Shivler later served as chief revenue officer and chief operating officer at Select International, where he launched a new division leveraging artificial intelligence technology for industries including healthcare. Most recently, he was vice president of national account hospital sales for Net Health, a developer of interoperability EHR solutions.
Shivler has also served as an adjunct professor at Duquesne University and been invited to present at venues including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, CCW International, The International Forum for Human Rights and The Artificial Intelligence Global TM Forum Live. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife.
Bonnie Labdi joined Agilum in 2021 and serves as the subject matter expert in oncology. Prior to joining Agilum, Bonnie spent 19 years in clinical pharmacy practice, providing evidence-based care to oncology patients in a wide variety of healthcare settings. As a member of Agilum’s Clinical Solutions team, Bonnie utilizes her knowledge and experience in developing, promoting, and providing pharmacy and analytic consulting services to clients, who are then able to provide the highest level of care for their patients at the lowest possible cost.
Prior to joining Agilum, Bonnie maintained a clinical practice at Memorial Hermann Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. While at Hermann, she held an academic appointment as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School. Bonnie previously practiced at other healthcare facilities in the Houston area, including the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
Bonnie has written several articles for peer-reviewed journals, authored textbook chapters, and presented research at national and international medical conferences. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, among others, and has held various leadership positions within these organizations.
Bonnie received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed both her pharmacy practice residency and her specialty practice residency in hematology/oncology from Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, Texas. Bonnie is certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in oncology and maintains her license to practice pharmacy in her home state of Texas.
As director of data science and quality for Agilum, Michelle Winkler oversees the development and execution of research and analytic projects, while ensuring data quality and integrity. She is focused on formulating advanced analytic solutions that address the complex, multifaceted problems facing Agilum’s clients and providing them with actionable intelligence.
Michelle, a data scientist and epidemiologist, has done extensive work with biostatistics and machine learning methods to uncover insights in academic, clinical, and public health settings. Most recently, she worked as a data scientist for a technology startup owned by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center focused on utilizing AI to transform healthcare supply chains. While there, she developed an automated pharmacy inventory planning process, leveraged machine learning to create a predictive model to gauge drug demand and introduced other solutions to provide clarity across healthcare data silos.
Michelle is the author of several articles that have been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, trade publications, and public health agencies. She has also presented at numerous conferences organized by public health and medical associations.
Michelle earned her Master of Public Health and Doctor of Philosophy in epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. She has a bachelor’s in health policy and administration from Pennsylvania State University.
As Solution Product Executive, Charlene Dawson serves a critical role helping inform Agilum’s product developers and shaping the user experience. She applies her extensive frontline experience as a pharmacy director at multiple hospitals as well as her rigorous study of leadership and organizational change. Dawson joined the company in late 2020 following a brief retirement.
Before joining Agilum, Dawson was interim CRP director of pharmacy services at CHRISTUS Health in Irving, Texas, and she previously worked in pharmacy director roles at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas, and Select Medical (formerly Regency Hospital) in Odessa. She began her career working in retail pharmacies in San Antonio and Atlanta.
Dawson obtained her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin. She later received a master’s in organizational leadership and a PhD in leadership studies, both from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She lives in East Texas.
Rebecca Attridge comes to Agilum with years of experience in academia, patient care and pharmacotherapy research. Her career encompasses a lengthy list of published articles, authored textbook chapters, posters and abstracts; clinical quality improvement projects; presentations; and honors and awards.
Becca has spent her career in academic settings. Prior to joining Agilum, she was a professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy in San Antonio, where she also served for seven years as the pharmacotherapy residency program director. She was also an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. During this time, Becca also served as a clinical pharmacy specialist for critically ill patients in the medical ICU at University Health System.
Becca earned a Doctor of Pharmacy and her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed a two-year pharmacotherapy specialty residency through both universities and University Hospital in 2009. Becca is board certified in Pharmacotherapy and Critical Care through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, and she is active member of professional organizations including the Society of Critical Care Medicine, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
