This Agilum Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Notice of Agilum Healthcare Intelligence, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

How we use your personal information:
- Determining your eligibility for a position with the company, including processing your application, conducting interviews, assessing your fit with us or for a specific role, carrying out background and reference checks in accordance with applicable law, and keeping records related to our hiring process.
- During recruitment, we will use your contact information, such as telephone number and email, to keep in touch with you and/or send you relevant information throughout the course of the recruitment process with us. We may also contact you with roles that we believe could be of interest to you.
- If you accept an offer for a position at our company, your personal data will transfer to your personnel file.
- If you are not successful in the interview process, we will retain your details so that we may reach out to you and invite you to apply for other positions that we think may be a good fit for you. If you don’t want us to do this, you can let us know.
- To comply with federal and state law(s) requiring businesses to collect, monitor, maintain or transfer certain records regarding applicants or applications for employment and/or contract work, including demographic characteristics.
- To schedule travel, and pay for or reimburse job applicants for covered business expenses related to the job application or interview or similar expenses.
- We will use your contact information, such as name and email address to send you assessments during the interview process. We will include the match results in the recruitment process. We will also capture additional personal data during in-person and/or remote interviews to assess your suitability for the job.
- We will use your personal information, such as name, DOB, start date to our 3rd party survey company to conduct internal surveys to collect data on the company and current satisfaction with an individual’s position.
- If you are successful in the interview process, we will carry out background checks, drug screenings, credit reports, and validation of your experience and academic and professional qualifications. We will use a third-party organization to perform these checks and will share the information that you have provided. Background checks and credit reports will be completed only as permitted by local law.
- If you accept a role with Agilum Healthcare Intelligence, Inc., your name will be searched in the Exclusions Database through exlusions.oig.hhs.gov.
- Your personal information and demographics will be shared with our third-party affirmation action firm.
- Managing compensation, benefits, and employment-related expenses, including payroll processing, managing salaries and expenses, managing corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements, as well as administering equity, compensation, bonus, and insurance programs;
- Managing professional development, performance, and conduct, including managing conflicts of interest, responding to complaints of misconduct, conducting performance appraisals, and supporting career development;
- Protecting the company against illegal activity and other misconduct, including by detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity;
- Complying with our legal obligations, including those related to tax and anti-discrimination laws;
- Carrying out marketing activities, including communicating with you; and
- Other routine business purposes.
